Continuously challenging not only themselves but also what we expect from them, British mathcore elite Rolo Tomassi are embracing their softer side and reeling us in with some sweet, sweet melodies with their brand new choice of single, ‘Aftermath’.

The song comes from their band’s upcoming fifth album, ‘Time Will Die And Love Will Bury It’, and they’ve also unveiled a video to accompany it, which initially premiered over on Clash.

You can stream and watch the video (directed by Zak Pinchin) for ‘Aftermath’ below.

Speaking further on the song, keyboardist/vocalist James Spence explains.

“We’ve been trying to write a song like ‘Aftermath’ for quite a while. Whilst it may seem like a bit of a departure from the other singles we’ve released so far from this album, I feel like there has been hints to this melodic side to what we can do across our last few albums.

We really tried to push ourselves to the limit with what we can do as a group and I think this song demonstrates another persona we can take on, whilst still remaining true to what we do”.

The band’s new studio full-length, ‘Time Will Die and Love Will Bury It’, is scheduled for release on March 2nd 2018 via Holy Roar Records.
