After coming back strong with the release of their comeback record ‘XVIII’ earlier this year, Californian metalcore veterans Eighteen Visions have now debuted a video to accompany the latest cut from the full-length effort, ‘Underneath My Gun’, which is inspired by the 1988 John Carpenter film, They Live.
The video also stars and features an appearance from Every Time I Die guitarist, Andy Williams.

Commenting on the idea behind the video and its concept, the band said, “We were throwing around ideas and thought it would be rad to knock off the movie ‘They Live’ (where we got the sample from at the beginning of the song on the record). We knew our old friend Andy Williams of Every Time I Die would be perfect for the role of Piper, given his ties to wrestling and general badassness. This is definitely a very different video for us with it’s fun and over the top approach. It’s something we’ve never done before and we’re super siked how it came out.”
The band’s latest full-length studio album, ‘XVIII’, is available now via Rise Records.
