The bank holiday may be over, but it’s not all doom and gloom. British pop-punk newcomers Out Cold are generously dousing us with vibrant colours in their brand new video for ‘Break Me Down’.

We’ve teamed up with the London based five-piece to bring you the exclusive premiere of the video and track, which is their first new offering since last year’s ‘The Truth Hurts’ EP.

Speaking on the song and what it’s all about, this is what vocalist Ethan Phillips had to say.

“‘Break Me Down’ comes from a place in a previous relationship where it was obvious it needed to end. It’s about recognising your own self-worth and getting out of that toxic environment by realising that nothing that’s currently happening will be able to get to you or break you.”
