Arizona based pop-rock/alternative rock quintet The Maine have shared that they’re officially back in the studio, recording their eighth album and follow-up to 2019’s ‘You Are OK’.
The band confirmed the news to their fans during a worldwide virtual fan conference, stating that they intend to release the forthcoming record in 2021.
In the same conference, they also announced 8123 Impact Day. Set to take place on Saturday (June 20th 2020), the effort comes from their charity movement 8123 Impact, which was founded in 2017 in an effort to bring together the community of music fans to donate their passion, time, and talents to make a positive difference locally and globally while bringing awareness and supporting social conscientiousness.
Fans are encouraged to take part in the first ever 8123 Impact Day later this week whilst abiding by their local health recommendations for pandemic safety.
