It’s looking like a reunion could be on the horizon for punk legends The Gaslight Anthem. Having been on indefinite hiatus since 2015, the band have now announced that they will be playing some shows to celebrate the 10th anniversary of their second album, ‘The ’59 Sound’.
The band will be playing New York’s Governors Ball Festival in June, alongside other big names including The Menzingers and Slaves, where they will be performing ‘The ’59 Sound in full. News came on the band’s Facebook page:
“Hello everyone! The ‘59 Sound is turning 10 this year so we’re gonna do some shows to celebrate!
Thank you all for your continued support, more shows to be announced soon!”
Fingers crossed that this includes some more UK shows too!
