The 1975‘s frontman, Matty Healy, has teased that the band are preparing to release new music in the coming months, their first since last year’s ‘Notes On A Conditional Form’.
The charismatic frontman took to social media to announce that the band are keeping busy making new music in lockdown, and confirmed that the group are set to release collaborations with pop star Charli XCX and fellow label mate Beadadoobee.
In a recent post, Healy had this to say.
“Keeping sane by cleaning and taking pictures currently. Very excited about new music in the coming months with some brilliant artists (thank you to them!) – new playlist tomorrow, for sanity reasons.”
When a fan asked in the comments about potential collaborations with Charli XCX and Beadadoobee, Healy responded with “BOTH!”.
While it’s unclear when this new music will be released, we will bring you the latest information as we get it.
