Last year was a pretty turbulent one for Californian deathcore outfit Suicide Silence. The band dropped their self-titled fifth album to a wave of backlash and criticism from both the world of press and critics, their fans, but also a major hit in chart performance too.
Well, undeterred and without flinching, the band have pressed on, and it looks like they’ve already got some material in the bank for its follow-up.
Currently on the road as part of the Rage Fest tour package in North America – which is a tour set up, hosted, and headlined by genre contemporaries Attila – the band have debuted a brand new song, titled ‘The One’, which is expected to officially drop at some point early next year.
A fan at the Manchester Music Hall show in Lexington, Kentucky shot the band performing the track live for the first time, and you can check it out below.
More news on further material and output from the band will be announced as it develops.
