Originally planning to head over to the UK in October for a headline run, pop-rockers Set It Off have been forced to postpone and reschedule the trip due to illness.
Frontman Cody Carson has issued a short statement about the change of tour plans, explaining that he has been battling a vocal injury which has been ongoing for a handful of months.
“Dear SIO Family
I am writing this letter specifically to out friends in the UK / Europe. As you may already know, I have been battling a vocal injury back and forth for the past several months. I ended up making it through a tour, but after that tour I followed up with my ENT and faced the inevitable. I was informed that I need to get vocal surgery. Having received this news, we have unfortunately had to postpone all touring. This breaks my heart because I never want to let you down. Just know that I will be ok, I will come back stronger than ever, and we have already drafted up some new dates to make it up to you. I love you and I will see you soon.
The tour has now been pushed back until April 2020, with all originally purchased tickets remaining valid for their respective dates, and support coming from Broadside throughout.
All of the band’s forthcoming UK tour dates are listed below.
APRIL 08 – LEEDS, Stylus
APRIL 09 – GLASGOW, Garage
