When acclaimed artists go on tour, the current trend is to include a VIP package that allows fans to get as close to the band as possible. PVRIS are no exception to this, but yesterday vocalist Lynn Gunn was forced to defend the increased costs of the VIP packages that enable purchasers to ‘meet and greet’ the band.
PVRIS faced criticism for the price of their ticket upgrades. Taking to Twitter, the singer stated: “We’re just trying to do our part in today’s unfortunate climate”. The message goes onto reiterate: “no one is forcing you to buy the VIP, that is entirely up to you”.

VIP packages aside, ticket purchasers may also be interested to note that it has been confirmed that Prides will support PVRIS on their UK tour. Prides are an indie band, originally from Glasgow. Their sound is akin to Catfish and the Bottlemen; a mixture of anthemic, electronic and crunchy guitar licks.
PVRIS are playing the following UK dates (to VIP or not to VIP? That is the question!):
MAY 04 – London, Shepherd’s Bush Empire – (SOLD OUT)
May 05 – London, Shepherd’s Bush Empire – Tickets
