Linkin Park member and singer/songwriter Mike Shinoda has just unveiled ‘Fine’, his new single and first offering of new material since last year’s debut LP, ‘Post Traumatic’.
Lyrically, the song speaks of an unknown and unidentifiable threat, and will be featured on the soundtrack of the upcoming Russian sci-fi thriller, The Blackout.
This is what Shinoda had to say about the track.
“When [The Blackout] director Egor Baranov sent me a clip of the film, I instantly had an idea for what kind of song I wanted to make. The tense and unsettling nature of the film instantly resonated with me.”
You can give ‘Fine’ a listen below.
At the time of writing, it’s uncertain whether or not the song will feature on a future EP or album from Mike Shinoda.
