Via a post on Facebook made by the band earlier today, Dallas based post-hardcore/metalcore outfit Memphis May Fire have announced that they’ve parted ways with guitarist Anthony Sepe, explaining that “change is never easy, it was determined to be best at this time.”
Sepe has been in the band for around five years, having joined back in 2012 and first featuring on their third full-length ‘Challenger’ which was released later that same year.

Along with the band issuing a statement, Sepe has also posted on of his own via his official Instagram account, explaining that “Some things are out of my hands and control, but one thing that isn’t out of my hands anymore is my future”, and that he “will be moving forward and pursuing” his next “musical project.”

At the time of writing, there’s no word on Memphis May Fire enlisting a replacement for Sepe. There’s also no further information surrounding the details of Sepe‘s new venture into music.
