Whilst on the road across Europe with Simple Plan and Good Charlotte, British alternative rockers Mallory Knox were unfortunately involved in a traffic accident on Saturday night (June 10th 2017) whilst on their way to the Aerodrome Festival in Prague, Czech Republic.
Thankfully, no one was hurt in the incident, but the band have regrettably been forced to cancel the remaining dates of the European tour this month.
The band posted a statement via their social channels confirming the news, which can be read in full below:
“As you all may or may not be aware, we were involved in a traffic accident the other night that has written off our van. Due to the current circumstances we find ourselves in, we have had to make the hard decision of cancelling the rest of our shows this week. We’re absolutely gutted that we can’t finish this run, but we want to thank every single person that came and supported us while we’ve been here. We hope to see you all very soon. Much love, MK x”
The band’s third album, ‘Wired’, is available now through RCA Records.
