Cleveland, Ohio based singer/songwriter and rapper Machine Gun Kelly has just released a cover of ‘Killing In The Name’, the 1992 debut single by Rage Against The Machine.
The video sees Kelly performing the song in a studio with Travis Barker (Blink-182) alongside footage from some of the recent Black Lives Matter protest marches in the US, which Kelly has been actively participating in.
Along with the release of the song, Kelly commented on its relevance nearly three decades later.
“They wrote this song in 1992. It’s been 28 years since and every word still applies.”
