NEWS: Knotfest UK has been cancelled due to coronavirus!

Due to the ongoing coronavirus crisis, Slipknot have regrettably announced the cancellation of all of their touring plans this summer, which sadly also includes Knotfest UK.

Set to be held at The National Bowl, Milton Keynes on August 22nd 2020, the event would’ve been the first ever Knotfest to be held in the UK, and the band’s first appearance at that venue since Ozzfest in 2001.

The announcement also sees the band’s North American dates and their Knotfest At Sea show cancelled.

You can read their full statement below.

“Unfortunately Slipknot’s summer 2020 touring, including the North American Knotfest Roadshow, Knotfest UK and Knotfest at Sea, will not be happening. Information on Knotfest at Sea will be coming soon. The band looks forward to performing for its fans again, and will do so when everyone’s safety can be assured. All ticket holders will be emailed directly by their point of purchase, Knotfest At Sea purchasers will be contacted with postponement information.”

As explained in the statement, all Knotfest UK ticket holders are expected to be contacted in due course from their point of purchase.
