Massachusetts based metalcore favourites Killswitch Engage have just announced that they’ve made a new label home in Music For Nations having now confirmed themselves to be the latest addition to their roster.

Speaking on the new addition to their label, Julie Weir, the label head for Music For Nations commented.

“Everyone here at Music for Nations is chomping at the bit to be working with the legendary Killswitch Engage. We are honoured and excited to be a part of this campaign (and hopefully future) and looking forward to creating this heavier than heavy chapter.”

The band are expected to release their eighth studio album and follow-up to 2016’s ‘Incarnate’ next year through the Music For Nations label across the UK. They’ll also be partnering with Metal Blade Records in the USA, and Columbia/Sony Music elsewhere.

With their new label team behind them, vocalist Jesse Leach shared his thoughts.

“I’m beyond stoked to sign with the legendary Metal Blade Records and Columbia/Sony Music. It’s clear they truly understand and believe in what we do as a band, and we’re psyched to have them on our side. It’s an exciting new chapter for KSE and we can’t wait to see what the future holds.”

Guitarist Adam Dutkiewicz also pitched in.

“I’m very excited to say that Killswitch Engage will be joining forces with Metal Blade Records and Columbia/Sony Music! Super stoked to join the ranks with a long list of many epic metal acts, as well as a team of excellent human beings who truly have a genuine love for metal music. Here’s to an awesome future with awesome labels!”

The band have been in the studio lately putting the finishing touches to their new album, which will also feature a guest spot from their former vocalist Howard Jones, who is now fronting Light The Torch.

More news surrounding the band’s new record will be confirmed as it develops.
