It has been reported that Keith Flint, vocalist for British EDM group The Prodigy, has tragically passed away at the age of 49.
Flint was reportedly discovered by police at his home in Dunmow, Essex earlier today (March 4th 2019) after an ambulance responded to reports of a man who was unconscious.
Shortly after the news of his death broke, the band posted a tribute online through Twitter.
It is with deepest shock and sadness that we can confirm the death of our brother and best friend Keith Flint. A true pioneer, innovator and legend. He will be forever missed.

At the time of writing, his cause of death is currently unknown though it is not being treated as suspicious. However, bandmate Liam Howlett stated on a post through the band’s Instagram account (here) that Flint took his own life. A file has been provided to the corner.
Flint was one of the founding members of The Prodigy, who formed back in 1990. Since then, the trio – completed by Howlett and Maxim – have gone on to release seven studio albums, their latest being last year’s ‘No Tourists’.
We here at DEAD PRESS! extend our deepest sympathies to Keith Flint‘s family, friends, bandmates, and loved ones at this difficult time.
