Fall Out Boy‘s Joe Trohman has been working on his own animated cartoon series called Mondo Trasho 3042, which he has now decided to upload to stream and watch for free.

Though the plan was to pitch it around to different places to release it, the guitarist has shared all ten episodes of the series (created with his friends Wade Randolph and Spencer Berman) for free on YouTube for everyone to enjoy during these unprecedented times in lockdown.

Other members of Fall Out Boy are also involved with the accompanying soundtrack, with Trohman writing all of the music whilst vocalist Patrick Stump and bassist Pete Wentz both handling production duties.

As for what it’s all about, the series follows the fictional band Mondo Trasho in the year 3042 as they attempt to make it, with the intro of each episode summing up the show’s tone and humour perfectly, “We’re Mondo Trasho. We’re a band. We should break up.”

You can stream all ten episodes of the animated series below.

Those who enjoy the series can also purchase official Mondo Trasho 3042 merchandise from the official webstore.
