On October 23rd, noise rock duo Haggard Cat concealed themselves within a concrete prison for 24-hours, which was live streamed for all to see online (you can read more about this here).

The idea behind this was to make a statement on their frustrations with the current political climate, apathy towards making real change, as well as highlighting movements like Extinction Rebellion.

The band also used the footage filmed during this event to create the video for their brand new single, ‘European Hardware’, which feature on their soon-to-be-released sophomore LP, ‘Common Sense Holiday’.

You can check out ‘European Hardware’ and its video below.

The band’s second studio album, ‘Common Sense Holiday’, will be released on March 13th 2020 via Earache Records.

You can pre-order the album online now from the label’s webstore (here), iTunes (here), Amazon (here), and Google Play (here).
