NEWS: Foo Fighters detail ninth LP, ‘Concrete And Gold’, out September 15th 2017!

Set to headline Glastonbury Festival this Saturday, Seattle rock legends Foo Fighters are now ready to unleash their follow-up album to 2014’s ‘Sonic Highways’. The band’s ninth opus, titled ‘Concrete And Gold’, is set for release on September 15th 2017 through RCA.

The album, produced by Greg Kurstin, will be the band’s first as a sextet following Rami Jaffee joining the band as an official member after being a session and touring keyboardist since 2005.

When asked what his mission statement was going into making the record, frontman Dave Grohl explained, “I wanted it to be the biggest sounding Foo Fighters record ever. To make a gigantic rock record but with Greg Kurstin’s sense of melody and arrangement… Motörhead’s version of Sgt. Pepper… or something like that.”
