St. Albans based experimental quartet Enter Shikari have just become the official sponsors of their local football team, St. Albans City F.C., for their new home kit next season.
The team’s 2020-21 home kit was manufactured by Danish firm Hummel, and features the club’s traditional yellow and blue colour scheme.
There’s a short video showcasing the kit being worn below.
Bassist/vocalist Chris Batten had this to say about the exciting new link-up between the club and the band.
“Growing up I was passionate about two things… football and music. The reality is that sport and music go hand in hand when it comes to providing a positive outlet for people, no matter their background. St. Albans City F.C. lead the way with its community outreach programs and Enter Shikari couldn’t be more proud to embark on a partnership with the club.
We 100% support the work St. Albans City F.C. already do locally and we look forward to working together to find new ways we can give back to the City and the communities that raised us.”
You can find more information about the sponsorship over on the St. Albans City F.C. website.
Both adult kits and youth kits are available to pre-order online from the band’s official webstore.
