Back in February and March, metalheads Butcher Babies came on over to the UK for a headline run, and the country greeted them with a massive snow storm for most of it. Well, the Californians have taken a look at the tour and the dedication of their fans in their new video (well, kind of a docu-video) for ‘Look What We’ve Done’.
The song comes straight from the band’s third full-length, ‘Lilith’, produced by Steve Evetts (The Wonder Years, The Dillinger Escape Plan, Every Time I Die), which was released last year.
Speaking about the video and life on the road as a whole, vocalist Heidi Shepherd shared her thoughts.
“Our new docu-video ‘Look What We’ve Done’ gives a behind-the-scenes look as to what emotions a tour might bring when the curtains close and real life settles in. When the accolades of the stage and energy of the crowd are gone; when you retreat to your bunk and the loneliness sets in. Where you miss your family, your friends, and your loved ones. We touch on when conditions out of your control can make or break your stride. This gives an inside peek as to what keeps us going and how we deal with the extreme highs and extreme lows. The reality behind the stage.”

The band’s third full-length album, ‘Lilith’, is out now through Century Media Records.
