Though the release of sixth album ‘Cannibal’ may be a little delayed, British metalcore giants Bury Tomorrow are still delivering the goods with a new song called ‘Better Below’.
It’s the fourth single to come from the upcoming record, and this is what vocalist Dani Winter-Bates had to say about it.
“It’s about how hiding your symptoms often makes them worse. This song is about appearing as the version of yourself that you want people to see you as. I feel like I’m getting to a point where the ‘me’ I show people is the real me, but there was a large portion of my life where I couldn’t do this.”

The band’s sixth studio album, ‘Cannibal’, will be released on July 3rd 2020 through Music For Nations/Sony Music.
