With a career driven by controversy and seemingly never-ending waves of haters online since their MySpace beginnings, New Mexico based crunkcore duo Brokencyde have announced that they’ve signed a deal with Cleopatra Records.
Through the label, the band are expected to release what will be their fifth full-length album, and follow-up to their self-released and self-funded 2016 offering, ‘All Grown Up’.
Speaking on the signing, the duo have said, “We are excited to announce that we have signed with Cleopatra Records. It’s a new era for brokeNCYDE & are ready to share it with the world! Seven & Mikl-Shea have brought back what our fans have grown to love but spiced it up! BrokeNCYDE Will Never Die!”
Along with the announcement of their signing, Brokencyde have also debuted a short teaser of the video for the album’s lead single, ‘0 To Brokencyde’.
More details surrounding the band’s yet-to-be-announced fifth album will be confirmed over the coming weeks.
