NEWS: All Time Low score first ever UK #1 album with ‘Future Hearts’!

Baltimore pop-punk jokesters All Time Low achieved their first ever #1 charting album with their sixth studio full-length ‘Future Hearts’, and also made history as the UK’s first #1 on the newly launched UK Official Vinyl Album Chart. Frontman Alex Gaskarth had the following to say about this achievement:

“This is a huge surprise! We didn’t expect this kind of reaction to the album and we couldn’t be happier. After so many years together, we never want to let our fans down, and this feels like a massive achievement on their part as much as ours.”

Louis Posen, the founder and president of Hopeless Records, the label through which the band released the record, also made the following comment:

“All Time Low’s ‘Future Hearts’ is the best selling album worldwide! This is a huge moment for All Time Low, Hopeless Records, and the entire independent community! This global success is very rare for a rock artist on a truly independent label, but it shows that there are no longer any barriers to success for artists and labels looking to do it their own way. Independent music makes up 35% of the music business, and All Time Low just made sure that percentage will continue to grow.

None of these results would be possible without a very special artist and a great team around them. Alex, Jack, Rian, Zack, their management, agents, crew, and Hopeless’ worldwide label team are like family and have worked very hard over the past 10 years to make this success a reality. Today is a big day for all of us. Thanks to the countless people out there that made this possible.”

We here at DEAD PRESS! offer our congratulation to the guys in All Time Low, the team at Hopeless Records, and everyone else involved with the band and the record.
