NEWS: Alan Landsman (ex-Poison The Well) imprisoned for business fraud!

According to reports online, Alan Landsman, a former bassist for Poison The Well, has been imprisoned for his part in alleged business fraud – more specifically on conspiracy to commit mail fraud.

Landsman, aged 38, has been sentenced to between 30 months and 72 months in federal prison for his role in a fraudulent $50 million telemarketing scheme “designed to ship unwanted and vastly over-priced light bulbs and cleaning supplies to thousands of businesses and non-profit organizations.”

The plot was implemented via several shell entities, including Standard Industries LLC, of which Landsman officially served as Vice President. You can read more about this in the initial report issued on

Landsman has reportedly been sent to Edgefield Satellite Prison Camp, a minimum-security facility adjacent to the Federal Correctional Institution, Edgefield in South Carolina, and is expected to be released in early 2020.

In regards to his music career, Landsman joined Poison The Well in 1998 and featured on the band’s debut album ‘The Opposite Of December… A Season Of Separation’ released the following year before stepping down and being replaced Iano Dovi.

He had also once been a member of Until The End and Target Nevada.
