Currently in the middle of a tour across mainland Europe, After The Burial have regrettably been forced to cancel the remaining dates, which includes the full run across the UK which was expected to kick off in Bristol tomorrow (March 13th).

As with almost all tour and other live event cancellations as of late, the reasons revolve around the coronavirus outbreak, more specifically due to a US travel ban, in which President Donald Trump has requested the cancellation of travel from 26 European countries to the US for the next 30 days, beginning Friday (March 13th 2020) at midnight.

Several of the promoters from the now cancelled shows first confirmed this to be the reason, soon followed by the below post from the band.

“Due to the foreseen travel ban, we’ve been forced to cancel the remaining dates of our European tour with Make Them Suffer, Polar, and Spiritbox. It’s a horrible situation, and we wish it wasn’t the case, but unfortunately it has come down to this and we have to air on the safe side. We offer our apologies to all the fans that didn’t get to catch us on this tour, and we hope it won’t be too long until we can return.”

We have compiled a list of other tours and festivals that have been cancelled as a result of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, which we intend to update as and when we can.
