Having recently delayed the release of their seventh album, ‘You’re Welcome’, Ocala’s A Day To Remember have now dropped a new song, ‘Resentment’.
Following on from ‘Degenerates’, the track acts as the second single to come from the record, and this is what vocalist Jeremy McKinnon had to say about it.
“‘Resentment’ was one of the first songs written for ‘You’re Welcome’, and always stuck with me as one of my favorites. In terms of writing and production, it ended up being one of the closest songs to the original inspiration behind the record — melding modern influences into that same A Day To Remember formula. I think it’s a perfect mix of where we’ve been and where we’re going. I just thought describing ‘Resentment’ like a wildfire was perfect, and the video is a direct representation of that because it hurts more than just you, if you let it.”

The band’s seventh album, ‘You’re Welcome’, is set to be released in early 2020 via Fueled By Ramen.
More details are expected to be announced soon.
