Breakdown masters A Day To Remember have been allowed by a court ruling to release their long-awaited fifth studio album, ‘Common Courtesy’, on October 8th 2013 without any involvement with Victory Records, with whom the band are currently in the midst of a legal dispute with. The band’s new album, ‘Common Courtesy’, will be self-released by the band digitally on their official website (here) from October 8th 2013. A physical release date is due to be confirmed shortly. You can view the album artwork below:
