NEWS: Verses decide to call it a day!

Brighton based four-piece Verses have regrettably announced via a statement posted through their Facebook page earlier today that they have decided to call it a day as a band. In the statement, the band explained that “various things happened over the last couple of years that forced us into a long period of inactivity, draining the life out of us and resulting in a lack of enthusiasm.” You can read the band’s full statement below:

NEWS: Slam Dunk Festival confirms acts for 2014, including Verses, Light You Up and Tek-One!

Organisers of the UK’s premiere pop-punk weekender, Slam Dunk Festival, have now confirmed the names of yet more bands to make up this year’s line-up, set to take place over the bank holiday weekend in May. An addition of a dance stage, to be known as the Total Uprawr DJ stage, has also been confirmed.

Returning for its second day at Liverpool this year, Radstock, an event that was originally set to feature thirty bands across three stages but has been reduced to an all-dayer of several bands on one stage, this time will see a headline spot from Yashin, who also played at the festival last year.
