The Dangerous Summer‘s first album, ‘Reach For The Sun’, was one that many people (myself included) fell head over heels for. So, their sophomore album ‘War Paint’ is dangerous territory for the band. Could they release an album that was as good, if not better than their debut turned out to be? Well, satisfyingly enough for the fans, the answer is a firm yes.

For the most part, one thing that has cropped every time that Hellogoodbye has been mentioned recently is; “Are they still together? I didn’t know they still did anything”. Celebrating its 10th anniversary with a huge bang, Slam Dunk Festival hosted some big and legendary names in the pop-punk/ska punk scene to their roster: Reel Big Fish, Goldfinger and Less Than Jake. Along with several other established aswell as up-and-coming acts spread across several stages, Slam Dunk has always been, and still remains to be, the best pop-punk event the UK has to offer.
