NEWS: Slam Dunk Festival confirms acts for 2014, including Verses, Light You Up and Tek-One!

Organisers of the UK’s premiere pop-punk weekender, Slam Dunk Festival, have now confirmed the names of yet more bands to make up this year’s line-up, set to take place over the bank holiday weekend in May. Shortly after their release of their third full-length album, ‘Hell Is What You Make It’, Breathe Carolina return to the UK with support from Tyler Mae and Tek-One to ravage London’s Camden Underworld and attempt to broaden their UK fanbase. Despite the venue being slightly under full, it didn’t make it any less of a good night for Breathe Carolina and their fans.

Extended to a full three-day weekend and being one of the only festivals to be hosted at a wild animal park, Hevy is most definitely a unique beast that’s growing from strength-to-strength year after year since its creation. With such great acts like Sonic Boom Six, Basement and Flood Of Red kicking off the festival weekend, it’s sure to follow in similar great fashion.

Onto day number two of the 2011 Sonisphere festival and now all of the stages are in full operation. Taking the main stage headline spot after the legendary UK debut appearance of The Big 4 less than 24-hours before is Scottish trio Biffy Clyro. Along with a host of many other great bands across the festivals many stages, the excitement continues onwards.

NEWS: More bands and DJs added to Sonisphere 2011 bill!

Yet more bands have been added to the line-up for the UK Sonisphere Festival this year. The new band additions are Japanese Voyeurs, Turbogeist, No Americana, Lower Than Atlantis and You And What Army.

Along with this, a series of DJ sets have also been announced, and will see appearances from A1 Bassline, Alfie, Fold, InnerPartySystem, Stan SB and Tek-One.
