Emo icons Taking Back Sunday have officially announced the release of their new album ‘Tidal Wave’, due out September 16 via Hopeless Records.

As front-man Adam Lazzara disclosed to Entertainment Weekly, the album will be a departure from band’s usual sound  – Adam has cited Tom Petty and Bryan Adams as influences and hinted that the record will have ‘more of an Americana feel’:

NEWS: 49 bands contribute unreleased songs to Pulse benefit compilation!

In a stance of unity to do what they can to help the victims of the tragic mass shooting that took place at the Pulse nightclub in Orlando, Florida earlier this month (June 12th 2016), which left 50 people dead and a further 53 people injured, a collection of 49 bands from across the rock and punk community have contributed a selection of unreleased tracks towards a benefit compilation album, titled ‘Forever Beautiful: A Collection Of Love For Orlando’.
