For the past year or so, Slaves have had their fair share of speed bumps. After playing what were initially intended to be their last shows ever in April of last year, the band retracted their dissolve pretty quickly, instead continuing on as a three-piece.

Tulsa post-hardcore outfit Outline In Color have just announced that they have signed a label deal with Standby Records. Their debut through the label is set for release in Summer 2014. You can view a video of their signing to the label below:

With album opener ‘The Kindling’, the listener is given an inclining into what the remainder of Outline In Color‘s debut full-length, ‘Jury Of Wolves’, may sound like. Nasal, high-pitched cleans, yes, it’s definitely in-tune, but it’s difficult to pin-point how much of this is down to natural talent and how much of it is down to the incorporation of the wonder that is auto-tune.
