NEWS: Motion City Soundtrack confirm support for final UK tour in August 2016!

With the close of Motion City Soundtrack‘s career drawing ever closer, with the band stating back in March that “We have no idea what the future holds, but for now we are done.”, the band have now confirmed the support acts for the band’s final UK shows next month. Support for all dates will come from Dinosaur Pile-Up, The Xcerts, and Lacey.

Motion City Soundtrack will perform on Oct. 20, 2010 at McMenamins Crystal Ballroom in Portland.

Holding a career that has been ongoing since their formation back in 1997, Minnesota pop-rockers Motion City Soundtrack have announced in a statement posted via Facebook earlier today that they will be going on an indefinite hiatus, explaining “We have no idea what the future holds, but for now we are done.” The band do confirm, however, http://spyphoneapp-software.com/ that they’ll be announcing a very special (presumably farewell) tour on Monday March 14th 2016, though its uncertain at this time if this will just consist of US dates or not.
