Easily the wettest Download Festival to have happened, with storms and torrential downpours happening throughout almost the whole weekend, it’d be impossible to be mud free, even if you were only catching one band. Pop-punk heroes Good Charlotte are set to return from their five year hiatus, with a new album in works and a clip of brand new single, 'Makeshift Love', appearing online.

2016 looks set to be the year of the 90s revival, with bands like Allusondrugs and Superheaven flying the flag for new grunge rock. But, Milk Teeth are bringing the attitude and punk to the genre and standing out like a massive fuck off sore thumb, and it’s all for the better. ‘Vile Child’ is the much anticipated debut full-length from the Gloucestershire band who are bringing elements of the nineties and noughties, but now setting the tone for what you’ll be listening to this decade.

Stroud based up-and-comers Milk Teeth have kicked off their 2016 with a bit of a change to their usual proceedings. The band have announced that they have parted ways with their vocalist, Josh Bannister, effective immediately. All forthcoming shows and tour dates will go ahead as usual, however, with a friend of the band Billy Hutton taking over vocal duties for the time being.
