From their origins in the early 90s, Less Than Jake have been delivering their take on the ska punk sound that fused the two sounds together. Formed in 1992, nearly 25 years of material has now been put out by the band, and their latest offering, ‘Sound The Alarm’, by no means distances itself from that recognisable sound, but reinforces the fact that they’re still producing the same quality that enabled them to build-up an impressive following around the world.

Following the announcement of Enter Shikari headlining next year’s Slam Dunk Festival to celebrate the 10th anniversary of their debut album, ‘Take To The Skies’, the festival organisers have now confirmed another batch of bands to join the bill.

Floridian ska punk legends Less Than Jake have just confirmed details surrounding a forthcoming live album, captured from their 2001 headline show as part of their Boarders And Boundaries at the now defunct Astoria Theatre in London. The aptly titled album, ‘Live From Astoria’, is scheduled for release on April 29th 2016 via Rude Records (and Saint November Records for the UK vinyl).
