An awful lot can happen in 15 years, but one thing many thought would never happen was the release of a third Glassjaw record. For the past decade and a half, the band have released a few EPs and the odd single here and there, but in that time there’d been little mention of a follow-up to 2002’s ‘Worship & Tribute’, and any expectations they’d set yielded no result.

NEWS: Daryl Palumbo confirms the third Glassjaw album is “ready, locked, and loaded”!

With 15 years and counting, it seems like the wait for the eventual release of the increasingly elusive third Glassjaw album is never going to end – we didn’t even have to wait this long to hear the infamous Guns N’ Roses record, ‘Chinese Democracy’. However, vocalist Daryl Palumbo has confirmed that the record is “fully done” and that “there’s definitely a full record ready, locked, and loaded.”

NEWS: Color Film confirm debut album, ‘Living Arrangements’, out June 16th 2017!

Having been around for just over 4 years now, new wave/art pop duo Color Film have just confirmed their signing to Epitaph Records, and, along with this their debut full-length record. The album, titled ‘Living Arrangements’, is scheduled for release via the label on June 16th 2017.

Best known for their other projects, Daryl Palumbo (Glassjaw, Head Automatica) and Richard Penzone (Head Automatica, Men, Women & Children) formed the outfit back in 2012, and released their EP ‘Until You Turn Blue’ in 2013.

NEWS: Glassjaw perform new songs ‘Shira’ and ‘Metal’ at first show of 2017!

This time last year, the idea of post-hardcore legends Glassjaw finally releasing a third full-length album and follow-up to 2002’s ‘Worship & Tribute’ seemed incredibly possible. They’d performed several new and unreleased songs live, including a set at London’s The Old Blue last in January, playing almost half a set’s worth of unheard material.

NEWS: Glassjaw’s third album to feature drums from Billy Rymer (The Dillinger Escape Plan)!

Despite dropping ‘New White Extremity’ just over a year ago, the first new material from post-hardcore legends Glassjaw since their 2011 EP ‘Coloring Book’, we’re still not really any closer to knowing when we’ll finally see a third full-length record and follow-up to 2002’s ‘Worship & Tribute’ from the New York outfit.

However, in a newly posted ‘100 Words Or Less’ podcast, The Dillinger Escape Plan sticksman Billy Rymer has confirmed that he’s tracked at least “a whole album’s worth of material”, including the already released ‘New White Extremity’.
