Welsh fury punks Future Of The Left return to some sort of form with their fan pledged fourth album, ‘How To Stop Your Brain In An Accident’, which showcases the band’s passionate anger and rage for anything that stops in their path, from their disheartening view of the music industry to outright gibberish regarding Kim Kardashian being chased by an animal wearing a Michael Winner mask. 14 tracks of unique, peculiar and sometimes ridiculous is enough for the band to stand out from your regular anti-whoever-happens-to-be-in-power political ensemble and sound more like The Young Knives on acid.

It’s always a risk when a new festival starts. Will everything come together? How will the site stand up? These and many more potential landmines stand before them, waiting to be trodden on. ArcTanGent Festival takes place in the Bristolian countryside courtesy of the folks behind 2000 Trees Festival and Gocstock. As one of the last highlights of the festival season, it’s up to them to save summer.

You’d have been forgiven for completely forgetting about the existence of these Welsh rockers, having basically disappeared off the planet for the past two years. However, preceeding the release of an album in 2012, they’ve brought out a six-track EP to showcase the new line-up and appease the ears of their very patient, but not depleted fan-base.
