Foals have managed to set the bar very high for themselves. Three years have passed since they released ‘Total Life Forever’ to much critical acclaim, including a Mercury Prize nomination and NME magazine naming ‘Spanish Sahara’ as the best song of 2010. The Oxford band have always released intriguing music, keeping well away from the routine monotony of a lot of mainstream indie rock. Now returning with their third full-length, ‘Holy Fire’, Foals are ready to cement themselves as a top force in modern British music.
