Note: As only a few members of the site were able to review the festival weekend, we were sadly unable to cover every band performing throughout the day.

Extended to a full three-day weekend and being one of the only festivals to be hosted at a wild animal park, Hevy is most definitely a unique beast that’s growing from strength-to-strength year after year since its creation. Now onto the second day of the weekend, all four stages of the festival were open for business, and our ears were open to the huge array of bands.

NEWS: Hevy Festival make first line-up announcement for 2011!

Hevy Festival have made their first line-up announcement for this year’s event. The festival this year is to take place once again at Port Lympne Park, Kent from August 5th to August 8th. The full line-up so far is as follows:

NEWS: The Eyes Of A Traitor and Awaken Demons announce co-headlining tour!

Young metalcore lads The Eyes Of A Traitor and Italian hardcore mob Awaken Demons have just announced a co-headlining tour across the UK throughout November. The two bands will be shifting headlining positions during the tour, and full dates can be seen on the official tour poster below:

The Eyes Of A Traitor won’t be playing the final three shows of the tour, and will instead be replaced by hardcore punks TRC for these dates aside from the final date.
