Following a rather quiet few months, five parts Scottish and one part American post-harcore outfit Yashin are proud to announce they’ve signed a major label deal with Sony Music, through which they’ll be releasing their third album ‘The Renegades’ later this year. You can check out some promo art (we’re unsure if it’s the album cover) and an announcement from the band below:
“So it’s about time we let you guys know what’s been happening with Yashin.
We are delighted to announce that we have signed a record deal with Sony Music.
We signed the deal last year, but felt it was only right to share the news once our 3rd studio album ‘The Renegades’ was complete.
We have been writing tirelessly in the studio for some time now and are bursting to unleash this beast of a record.
‘The Renegades’ will be released in the UK in October/November 2015 and Germany, Switzerland, Austria and other territories in early 2016.
We are back bigger and stronger than ever, come and be part of the next chapter of Yashin. I am, you are, we are the Renegades!
Harry, Kevin, Paul, Andrew, Connor and David.”
More news surrounding the album, including a more fixed release date, tracklisting and finalised artwork, will be confirmed over the coming months.
