Bristol based punk rockers Weatherstate have decided to end out their 2018 by debuting a brand new song, titled ‘Rotten Lungs’.

Though there’s no news on a follow-up release to 2016’s ‘Dumbstruck’ EP just yet, ‘Rotten Lungs’ is set to act as a precursor to the debut full-length, expected in 2019.

Speaking about the track in a bit more detail, vocalist/guitarist Harry Hoskins had this to say.

“‘Rotten Lungs’ is about the deterioration of both physical and mental well-being caused when you isolate yourself from the world. It touches on the toxic effects that it can have on your own frame of mind, when trying to help a friend who might not want to be helped.”

More details on the band’s yet-to-be-announced debut album will be confirmed as it develops.
