Aussie deathcore heroes Thy Art Is Murder have released a statement which explains their current UK tour plans, after headliners Emmure were forced to cancel their brief run this May due to vocalist Frankie Palmeri’s ongoing vocal chord issues. You can find out what the band will be up to below:
‘As Emmure had to cancel their upcoming European tour due to illness, a lot of fans were asking what happened to the rest of the bands. A few things led to another and all of a sudden the rest of the package couldn’t do the tour. Not wanting to let you guys down we worked tirelessly with our agent to bring you a tour. A headline tour. And the final European tour of the Hate album cycle. And we’re bringing some friends.
We are happy and proud to announce our good friends from Australia, Aversions Crown and Feed Her To The Sharks will be joining us on this exciting excursion. Our amazing agent still has a lot of work to do to pull the dates together for announcement but get excited for this last minute run of Australian metal before Holy War is released. Dates coming soon!’
The band will still be performing at this years Slam Dunk Festival, and their forthcoming new album ‘Holy War’ drops June 29th via Nuclear Blast Records.
