It looks like we might be getting a new album from metal legend Marilyn Manson later this year, as the shock rock icon has seemed to confirm himself via Instagram.
Manson posted an image of himself on the social media platform on which he captioned that he was on his way to finish off his new album.
According to the post, the self-proclaimed God of Fuck was heading to Shooter Jennings‘ apparent studio, with whom he’s previously collaborated with on a cover of the David Bowie‘s and Giorgio Moroder‘s track, ‘Cat People’ (you can stream it here).
At the time of writing, little else is known about his forthcoming eleventh album, though it is assumed that it would be produced once again by long-time collaborator, Tyler Bates.
The new record will act as the follow-up to 2017’s offering, ‘Heaven Upside Down’.
More details surrounding the album will be confirmed as it develops.
