Back in 2016, after just a few years together as a band and the release of an EP and one full-length record, British hardcore outfit Lock & Key threw in the towel, but it looks like they might be picking it back up.
Since their split, the other members have focused on other endeavors. Most notably, bassist Danny Reeves stayed in music and formed the now defunct Lifetight.
Now, the band have teased their potential reunion on their social channels, sharing an image of what appears to be one of the members looking at a wall of polaroid photos which we can only assume were taken at their shows.
Not only that, but the image is captioned with the the date 03/02/2019 – that’s this coming Sunday.
You can take a look at it below.
It’s also worth noting that the band have already confirmed what’s being listed as a “exclusive reunion show” at the Riot Vision Fest in Essen, Germany on February 16th 2019 – just a couple of weeks after this elusive date.
We speculate that, if the teasing of a full-on reunion is true, that this will be the first show of their return.
More details will be confirmed as they develop.
