Continuing on with the second instalment of their horror mini-series, blood and gore influenced post-hardcore band Ice Nine Kills have now dropped a video for their new song, ‘Thank God It’s Friday’.

Taking influence and acting as a homage to the slasher franchise Friday The 13th and its infamous antagonist Jason Voorhees, the video sees the band systematically murdered at the film’s fictional Camp Crystal Lake in a dream sequence.

The dream sequence element of the mini-series’ plot is shared by vocalist Spencer Charnas to a psychiatrist, following on from the first part for their previous single, ‘The American Nightmare’ (if you missed it you can watch it here).

You can stream and watch the video for ‘Thank God It’s Friday’.

The band’s forthcoming fifth album, ‘The Silver Scream’, is set for release on October 5th 2018 via Fearless Records.

You can pre-order the record online now from the label’s webstore (here), iTunes (here), Amazon (here), and Google Play (here).
