In just over a week from now, Cardiff’s Holding Absence will finally be releasing their long-awaited self-titled debut album, but before then they’ve dropped its fourth choice of single, ‘Monochrome’.

The song comes with a video which, ironically, introduces some colour into their palette instead of the grayscale and monochrome aesthetic that they’ve become known for.

Vocalist Lucas Woodland had this to say about the song and the album’s preceding singles.

“We’re so proud and excited to show everybody ‘Monochrome’, the song shows our band sonically and visually in a new light and opens a lot of doors for us. We feel like this track, alongside the prior 3 singles released are a great insight as to what our album has to offer and what fans can expect.”

You can stream and watch the video for ‘Monochrome’ below.

The band’s debut self-titled album is set to be released on March 8th 2019 through SharpTone Records.

You can pre-order the album online now from Impericon (here), iTunes (here), Amazon (here), and Google Play (here).
