British heavy hitters Employed To Serve have approached the difficult but necessary discussion point of suicide in their brand new song, ‘Harsh Truth’.
It comes straight from the band’s soon-to-be-released third full-length album, ‘Eternal Forward Motion’.
Vocalist Justine Jones discusses the meaning behind the track in a bit more depth and detail.
“In 2017 5,821 suicides were registered in the UK and is the second leading cause of death among 15-29 year olds. These statistics are staggering, but all is not lost as there has been a decline in attempts thanks to the work of charities such as Samaritans.
Lyrically, ‘Harsh Truth’ is an anthem for the ill represented masses who are struggling behind the veil of positive social media posts. The world is a better place with you in it, so please seek help as it’s always there.”

The band’s third album, ‘Eternal Forward Motion’, is out on May 10th 2019 through Spinefarm Records/Universal Music Group.
