In the past, Californian metal group Avenged Sevenfold have contributed a number of songs to the soundtracks of Call Of Duty video games, and now they have another for the forthcoming addition to the series, Call Of Duty: Black Ops 4.

The new track is called ‘Mad Hatter’, and that – along with a handful of their previous Call Of Duty contributions – will be finally featured on a release; the ‘Black Reign’ EP.

You can stream and listen to ‘Mad Hatter’ below.

As reported by Billboard (here) in an interview earlier this year, the band are still in the middle of an ongoing lawsuit with former label Warner Bros. Records which they intend to clear up and reach a resolution on before working on a follow-up album to their 2016 offering, ‘The Stage’.

The band’s forthcoming ‘Black Reign’ EP is set for release on September 21st 2018 via Capitol Records.

You can pre-save it on Spotify now (here).
