VIDEO: Pierce The Veil – Today I Saw The Whole World

There’s no stopping San Diego post-hardcore mob Pierce The Veil at the moment. Fresh off the back of a US tour with Rise Against, and soon to embark on a UK run with All Time Low, the band have now dropped the video for their new single, ‘Today I Saw The Whole World’.

The song comes from their latest full-length ‘Misadventures’, which the band put out last year.

You can stream and watch the video for it below.

When discussing the track, vocalist Vic Fuentes says, “I grew up watching massive amounts of MTV music videos throughout the 90s. I would record all of my favorites on VHS tape, watching them over and over until the tape wore out. Our new video was inspired by some of these artists that I loved back then like the Beastie Boys, Cypress Hill, and Marilyn Manson<. We wanted to use this 90s look to visually express the lyrics and fury inside of the song."

The band have certainly succeeded, as the entire video is reminiscent of a ‘Basket Case’ style LSD trip.

‘Today I Saw The Whole World’ is the third single from Pierce The Veil‘s much hyped fourth album, ‘Misadventures’, which is available now via Fearless Records.

You can purchase it online now via iTunes (here), Google Play (here), and stream it through Spotify (here).
